Hornbrook Estates is within 10 miles of anything in the city. We are within a mile of shopping, a pharmacy, a hospital, a veterinary hospital, dining, worship centers and Planet Fitness. The prime location to I69 allows you to be in downtown Evansville within 7 minutes.
As it pertains to the Evansville Vanderburgh Public School district: Caze Elementary, McGary Middle School and Harrison High School. This does not necessarily dictate where you will be required to have your child enrolled-Contact EVSC for more information and options
Central Bark Dog Park is the closest and only official dog park in Evansville and is located approximately 10 miles from the property, check out their membership information at www.evansvilldogpark.org.
There is a 9.3 mile bike trail approximately 10 miles from the property called Pigeon Creek Greenway Passage. The revitalized North Main Street in downtown Evansville has also added a bike trail adjacent to the roadway
There are 2 malls in Evansville and both are within 3 miles of the property. Washington Square Mall is the smaller of the two and approximately 1 mile from the property. Eastland Mall, which is 3 miles from the property, is a popular shopping location with stores such as Macys, JCPenny's, Dillards, Old Navy, American Eagle, Victoria Secret, Carters, Build A Bear, Bath and Body Works and Foot Locker to name a few. The cafe court offers a wide variety of walk-up order cuisine and TGI Fridays full-service restaurant. Evansville's most popular discount stores are TJMAXX, Homegoods and Marshalls and all are less than 5 miles from the property.
The Barnes and Noble book store and full-service Starbucks café are located less than 2 miles from Hornbrook. The closest stand-alone Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are approximately 3 miles from the property. If you prefer more local coffee shop charm, Penny Lane is a popular stop with a location on Second Street in the Arts District in downtown Evansville. If you are looking for decadence with your full-service barista, you can enjoy the locally famous layered doughnuts similar to a croissant at Parlour Doughnuts less than 3 miles up the road.
Hornbrook Estates is a prime location! You can access the entire city from all directions. We are located a block off the Green River Road exit on I69.
Green River Road is the nearest cross street. It runs north and south. If you go south, you can access the city from I69 and if you go north, Lloyd Expressway, which runs east and west through the city is less than 2.5 miles up the road.
